As a small scale tea business that was originally a way of getting out of the house when the kids were babies and for some socialisation at the markets where we sold the tea. Has now morphed into a business that stocks cafe's, restaurants and small boutique retail outlets throughout Victoria and Australia.

I love making tea blends. It’s therapy! With all the divine scents and all the amazing colours, and the taste of a freshly brewed cup is now on my favourite hobby list.

I believe passionately about good quality, organic, wholesome products. Taste is always essential for me when making tea blends. I embrace age old recipes, enhanced for modern tastes and devote my time to formulating unique recipes and infusing scents that capture my love of tea.

The teas are blended in the tiny town of Apollo Bay situated along the world famous Great Ocean Road. Having a strong focus on utilising organic ingredients of the finest quality and where possible, source these locally or within Australia.

Choosing the finest organic quality for your enjoyment, I prefer to make smaller batches, more frequently, so that you the customer receive a fresh product that is vibrant and invigorating.  With the aim to make beautiful organic products with simple packaging, not the other way around.

But most of all I'm just a loose leaf tea freak, lucky enough to do something that I love and be able to share it too!

And it is a life style/hobby that I can work around my kids. Winning xx
